Program Curriculum
Delivery Model
Partnering with a quality educational provider allows your company to benefit from LVC’s technology resources to deliver training in a way that doesn’t interfere with business operations. This program is designed to be offered in an accessible, flexible online format that learners can access when it best suits their schedule. If requested, we can also incorporate in-person retreats throughout the courses, or at the end of the full certificate program as an opportunity to network with instructors and peers.
Program Length
LVC Edge is designed to support succession planning within your organization through a long-term leadership development strategy. The program in its current form is four eight-week courses delivered during one year.
Program Investment
The program is priced affordably as a package to include all four courses:
5–10 learners = $6,000 per person*
11–20 learners = $5,000 per person**
Note: A minimum of five learners is required. A maximum of 20 learners per course is suggested to ensure an essential degree of personalized instruction and instructor-to-learner and peer-to-peer interaction.
* Program rate breaks down to $1,200 or less per eight-week course.
** Preferred Partnership Tuition Discounts are available for four or more cohorts.
