Integrative STEM Education Certificate

Lebanon Valley College Announces New Integrative STEM Education Certificate Program
The Integrative STEM Education Certificate is a post-baccalaureate program that addresses academic standards in a meaningful and relevant manner through a sequence of four courses that focus on integration of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in the K-12 curriculum. The goal of the Integrative STEM Education Certificate program is to enhance teaching and learning through the use of evidence-based integrative STEM strategies.

Courses will be offered in a blended or online format to meet the needs of full-time educators.

Upon completion of MSE 880, 881, 882, and 883, candidates enrolled in a Instructional I certification program or holding an Instructional I or II certificate are eligible to apply for the PDE Integrative STEM Endorsement. Lebanon Valley College’s certification officer will recommend candidates for the endorsement. The candidate will need to complete the required PDE application for endorsement and pay the appropriate fee to have it added to their certificate.

Integrative STEM Educations courses can also be applied towards the Master of Science in STEM Education program.
