| This course examines individual, team, and
organizational behavior in contemporary
workplaces. Drawing on behavioral science and
evidence-based management, students explore
motivation, leadership, team dynamics,
decision-making, organizational culture, and
change. Special attention is given to inclusive
leadership, emotional intelligence, ethical
decision-making, and managing in
technology-enabled and hybrid work environments.
Through case analysis, assessments, and applied
exercises, students develop the skills to lead
people and organizations effectively in dynamic,
global contexts. Must satisfy Organizational Behavior prerequisite. 3 credits. |
