Second semester of an experimental study of the principles of physical chemistry. Work involves spectroscopy (IR, UV/VIS, fluorescence, Raman, and NMR), calorimetry, refractometry, conductivity, and viscometry applied to atomic and molecular structure, thermodynamics, phase and reaction equilibrium, and chemical kinetics.
